What a BS argument.
There is a process called impeachment. Congress should first make a determination ( articles of impeachment) and move for a conviction (senate). Then, and only then, comes the question whether further action is warranted.
Of course, then we enter the realm of double jeopardy.
This leads the question: Who is Jack smith, really?
