I just had an "encounter" with an atheist Q supporter here. I don't believe he is a shill or anything like that, but the dialog got me to start wondering.
Trump is pretty clearly Christian. Q posted bible verses making it pretty clear that he or they are Christian as well.
Based on what I was told by my debate partner, we Christians are spreading stupidity across the globe, and he feels it is his duty to show us how stupid we are (paraphrased - not his exact words.)
So here's my question: If you vehemently believe that there is no God, no higher power whatsoever, and all of this universe is just random happenstance, then why do you follow Q and support Trump?
How do you reconcile Q and atheism?
I doubt you can imagine the experience of love and consciousness I have had in life.
Everyone has unique experiences, unfortunately we only know what we have experienced ourselves, maybe someday we will have a means to share them. But the important thing isn't to build up our ego, but rather to build up our stamina to be good and stand on love and compassion to the fullest.
I don't think you do what you say you do. It's really bad to ignore what people say and try to talk over them saying the same thing over and over.
Sweeping statements about the nature of faith and believers, or calling it a mental disability is bad too! And that's the point!
I don't think it is bad to discuss the nature of faith and believers. Why is it bad? I think when someone is continually ignoring my points and replying with condescension because that seems to be all they can do it is fine to call it a mental disability. How do you know I haven't shown you glimpses of greater truths than you ever thought about? You don't know but you keep ignoring everything I say and repeating your beliefs like a robot.
