Am I the only one that thinks this could be photoshopped?

I would love to believe it is him, though there are far too many fake things that get tossed out to discredit this community.

That said, if Seth Rich is alive, I hope he is helping dismantle the entire evil & corrupt system with other White Hats.

Party is irrelevant since corruption has taken over almost everything & with the recent voting changes locally (ie post Trump win) I hope we have do have something happen to put the votes back to a precinct level. Military will hopefully do this if the deep state attempts to remove the vote this year.

July 10, 2016 is when Seth Rich was murdered. I do not believe this is Mr Rich, and if it was, he lost a grundle of weight between April & July. As well developed enough testosterone to begin growing a decent beard based on the photos I have seen of him.
