There is some debate of the origin of that video. It seems to have started from a tweet from MJUltraTruth who said "Trump posted this video" and linked to that rumble.

Trump truthed "THE BEST IS YET TO COME!" at 12:47 on 1/5/2024

On 1/20/2020 this video was posted where Trump says "The Best Is Yet To come".
