Heh, there has been lil commercials for some home security alert bits for a while on how criminals are using quick claims to steal people's property or take out loans on people's homes without anyone knowing until the bill suddenly comes in. Now, I can see why it is a problem since it is coming from the Biden WH and his TSA director even involved. If there is a scam to pull on the people, the Biden WH is doing all that they can to achieve and profit on it, I swear, just put them all behind bars already, criminals one and all.
