I'm not former .mil, so maybe I'm wrong here, but wasn't that poor Marine standing there waiting for Joe to return his salute before he finally just gives up?

One thing I admired about DJT is he always seemed to acknowledge his military entourage, even the low ranked ones. But that's totally in character for him if you read any anecdotes from those who know him.

Meanwhile, it's totally in character for Biden to be an insufferable ass ...
