Are you familiar with their products or have you looked at their site? They are exactly the people that would file this lawsuit. They have a line of WOKE and CHOICE products, a Biden beer, Bernie brew, an AOC one, Evers ale (WI governor), Tammy shammy (WI openly gay senator), extinct elephant, ,la kamala.

The best is the Evers Ale has a MASKED version of Evers on the can. He's also the guy whose SuperPAC is funding lawsuits against school districts that DROPPED mask mandates:
