This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
I wonder if we're in Hell. As grosteque as the Bible can be describing the people, it never got to this point like underground tunnels, child trafficking and cannibalism like to the point where I think it's not possible for normal human beings to do that unless possessed by demons and probably are demons, like lizard people.
Maybe this is the Hell period when Satan is out of prison after being locked up for 1000 years and they lie to us about the real year we're in. Anyway, if this is so, then we must try harder to make sure we pass the test and ascend to heaven after this. our kingdom is in heaven with Jesus, not here where dust turns back to dust.
I've wondered the same - if this is that time of Satan being out of prison. That sure would explain a LOT. Keep in mind that many scholars say "thousand years" means simply a long period of time.
Revelation 20:7-8: And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released from his prison and will come out to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea.
