That's like asking if the manager of a McDonald's created the Big Mac. His was one blackmail operation among many and he was middle management at best. Even applying that he had that much power is giving shade to those that actually do and want to stay hidden.
Definitely. We know about the Texas Mafia. Which the Bushes are part of. I would say it's more likely that Epstein worked FOR the Clinton's than they were being blackmailed by him. The globalists love symbolism, and a pyramid is one of their favorites. There are many different organizations and ranks in this that all answer to someone at the top.
