A liberal/communist 'democracy' is very clear. It simply means DC. NY City and Cal. Owning and Ruling over the USA (Republic). Someone ask this twit why there is an Electoral College?

A Republic is a form of democracy. Saying the US isn't a democracy because it's a republic is like saying a Pepsi isn't a soda because it's a Pepsi.
