Yes I believe it was supposed to be bigger. Trump going on late messed up their plans. Their involvement was highlighted because citizens behaved well for getting an election stolen, having cops shoot on them, and having 100's of agent provocateurs exciting up the situation. The behavior of the citizens near the tunnel and the behavior of citizens once inside was 180° difference. Why was that? Hmmmmm
