They make the food so we eat more than necessary (monosodium glutamate) they make foods sweet so we eat more (high fructose corn syrup) and they make it more fattening with saturated fats and seed oils. Then they own food plans to sell you to lose the pounds you gained (Weight Watchers / Heinz/ Kraft).
It’s all a profit run business designed to suck money from you. The Amish have the right idea, all natural foods without chemicals, pesticides or adulteration. Then they become targets of the Feds for not going along with the scam.
Not only should we avoid Big Pharma, we should avoid processed food. ( Difficult for me to avoid peanut butter though.) It's all designed to keep the livestock weak and submissive and working around the clock.
Peanut butter is super easy to make. But peanuts, toss them in the blender, Ninja or whatever you have, with a little walnut oil and some Real salt. It takes only a few minutes. You can add a little honey, if you like. Much healthier, cheaper and better tasting than most store-bought peanut butter.

Dry roasted, raw peanuts? I cut out peanut butter in September and I think a lot of inflammation is better. I think it's the oils they are using.
Thank you I will try it, if I can find walnut oil.
My wife makes peanut butter:
Put roasted peanuts in blender. Press button for five minutes. Done. Nothing added beyond what was already in the packet.
