Hyperbole really. Constitution and Bill of Rights are still in existence. Are they being honored by evil politicians? Heck no. Never have been.

If we are in continuity of government, we are operating under the Law of War Manual, correct? After we end the occupation of our country, we can re-instate the Constitution.
