I’ve been hearing of this major blizzard expected to come in relation to that hot ass summer.

Ive never seen a band such as this on right now. It looks like a gigantic hurricane feeder band.

It is a hurricane feeder. But its way too cold for that to naturally form, and it's already far larger than it naturally gets.

The pendulum will still take decades to stabilize after weather modification is ended.
