The thing about it is that at the top it said Presidentvarsel(President alerl).

I'm in NORWAY, we don't even HAVE a president........

Something is definitively brewing, globally......

Blocks everything on phonescreen until you click Ok and it goes away so would have had to boomer it with a second phone/cam taking a picture of the screen, and since my phone suddenly starting to speak was what woke me up I was more in punch things mode than anything else, so no....
