I also saw a tick tock video of a guy that calls his father live ,which is a miami cop and asks his father what the hell was going on at the mall that night ,and father says 'I cant talk about it'. GAW frowns on tick tock links so i didn't post it here

I think they were trying some project blue beam stuff. Just to see what type of fear and chaos they could cause in a small controlled environment, people fell for it.
