I also saw a tick tock video of a guy that calls his father live ,which is a miami cop and asks his father what the hell was going on at the mall that night ,and father says 'I cant talk about it'. GAW frowns on tick tock links so i didn't post it here

Because when fights break out among teenagers these days you can bet people are recording it to post online later. If I were the Police and showed up after the fact that most reliable source of information I could get a hold of is video recordings from the mall or people at the mall.
