This entire thing is weird BUT to dismiss it is stupid. The videos I have seen all give a clear indication that the people were terrified and “ran for their lives”. Grabbing that phone to take a video is the last thing you would expect a rational response would be. Can you count the number of Police that left their vehicle? Didn’t look like many did…

Aliens? I don’t think so.. Ghosts? I don’t think so.. hologram? I think is a good possibility a 3 letter agency looking for the “reactions” of normies to be used at a specific time for a scare event—Blue Beam technology?

Not sure who would downvote this. The vid might be fake, but your take seems like the most plausible theory I’ve heard thus far.
