This is total crap. There were hundreds of people, not one good video of the "aliens" or even the alleged "teens" fighting with sticks. Everyone has a broadcast quality video device in their pocket, along with the police dash and body cams and not ONE clear good video? Bullshit!

Its literally a street sign. Look close its connected to the ground. The only thing making it look like its moving is parallax. 🤦‍♂️

I figured a sign or a lamp with one of those decorative finials on top. The movement is the recorder moving their position. Agree with you.
