I don't recall him winning in court. I recall an out of court settlement between Vivek and the WEF that resulted in his removal and a sum of money that he donated.

Maybe an anon with more legal expertise can explain the difference, because it reeks of set up to me. All to make Vivek look good and clean the WEFs stink off him, while he carries their agenda unofficially from the Oval Office.
