If it did, odds are we would be able to prevent most of the negative effects with hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, etc. as well as using the sort of practices like distancing that would make sense in a REAL pandemic. Sure vaccinated people might be exempt from this one illness but they'll still be riddled with cancer and new disorders. On top of that most people on all sides would see that the new virus was designed for this exact purpose. Which negates the vaccines=good message they'd be trying to convey.
