Agree, the coof seemed to be re-branded flu. However, some will take great pains to avoid reaching that conclusion.

Accordingly, 'have heard the excuse for there being no flu deaths is that (despite millions of people getting and transmitting the coof while locked down), lockdowns prevented flu development, flu transmission and flu deaths.
