When you talk about the concepts of the Talmud or speak of the contents of such books as the The Elders of Zion, they actually are unaware or conditioned and taught to believe otherwise. Even secular Hebrews believe they are part of a chosen race even if they don't observe the Sabbath. A third have been raised to believe that they can do as they wish with the gentile populations of the world, they walk away because to them addressing our concerns is like arguing with cattle, and they can't be bothered.
