How real this is, is one thing.
Any DS member will kill the world before letting themselves get caught, and they would do it even to avoid a few years in prison..........
That said they are not crazy enough to release anything that would be a threat to themselves(which any real virus would be even if they had a real vaccine against it as artificial immunization is iffy at best) so the second scandemic and step 3 in their plan it is.
harmless disease released(or preexisting one co-opted) to create fear.
'save' people with a vaccine with some very specific traits.
create virus that only targets those specific vaccine traits
100% safety and avoidance of contagion for the people behind it all.
There is a reason bio-weapons have never been used, no one smart enough to make them or smart enough to rise to the position of having them available for use are stupid enough to risk it, which is why the 2/3 step method of application is chosen and the first case of such things actually being used...............
Fortunately none of them have lavish underground bunkers or super yachts with months of supplies.
Viruses don't really care about such things and all it takes is 1 infinitesimally small breach/unclean surface or whatever and that's it, not even bunkers are a 100% guarantee, if they were virus-research would be low-risk job....
