FEMA can/has stipulated you will not receive any help unless you take the "vaccine".

That's why you sister was told FEMA would be sending jabs to homes. People in need have been asked for verification of the jab or to take the jab before any help is provided.

They are not there to "help". They are there to do the NWO's bidding and make the most profit, control, influence and power possible, while advancing the NWO's agenda.

I believe their tools include withholding aid, TO crimes against people including death.

FEMA calls natural disasters like tornadoes, earthquakes, etc: "CHRISTMAS".
