Time to up your immune system boosters. Here is my own personal regimen:
Vitamins B12, C, D, and K, PLUS a well-known multivitamin that has these and other supplements. Quercetin, Black Cumin Seed, Turmeric, calcium citrate and magnesium, and zinc.
My wife and I have been taking these daily since WAY before the covid-hoax even began and we haven't been sick once, except for a mild sinus infection last year at the height of the pollen season here in east Tennessee...which can be quite bad in the springtime.
Neither of us smoke, I don't drink alcohol in any form and my wife only has an occasional glass of wine or perhaps a beer once in awhile. We get a lot of exercise, go to the gym 5 days a week, eat right, limit our sugar and sodium intake, lots of salads, etc.
I can't prescribe this for everyone, but it works for us.
