I think hybrid is the way to go. You can use (usually cheap) electricity for day to day driving, but convert to gas if you need more range. How are you finding it? Any drawbacks?
Gave had the truck for 2 years now, the only draw backs are the same with any conventional gas powered truck. Power and performance is all good. Mpg is fantastic as I can get 28mpg on long cross county trips and a lot of my street driving is electric (I'd say about 20%+)
