Something about this video is off…the guys lips sometimes seem to be off from the audio and at other times seem to be saying words that arent in the recording. Additionally he has hand movements tbat dont match the speech. Very strange

It’s not that strange. Appears dubbed over with English to me. Pretty sure the person in the video was speaking Swedish.
