Not seeing that number in your search either. I searched KWAK, their NOTAM ID #, and also kwa from you just now. I did see a radiation warning in your search results just like I saw in mine, but again it was an ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION warning, so very different from what that screenshot was trying to sell it as.

No, every single one I've seen said that. One I posted in this thread was almost word for word verbatim to what the picture in the post had, except the real one from NOTAM had ELECTROMAGNETIC in front of every mention of radiation, leaving me to believe someone is being alarmist.
when i looked earlier it was the first that i saw it. dont remeber seeing it before. strange
