Listen hero, The concrete "dome" was created by the US Army 84th Engineers, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii starting in 1977. The topsoil and everything else on the island was scraped into a pile and concreted over. It is NOT A BUNKER for storing plutonium or anything else.
