This has been argued by lawyers. I don't know if it made it to the Supremes yet, but it should. The only thing wrong with today's understanding is lawyers are involved and they are always looking for loopholes to get meanings to have many different meanings than what they actually mean. What a shame. This is a great explanation of a Natural Born Citizen of the United States.
