We are not going to stand by and let Trump just be put into jail.and say we'll let's let Haley in!

This is correct. The flawed assumption Tucker inexplicably makes is that Trump being incarcerated would automatically preclude his being the Republican nominee.

On the contrary, IMHO getting the Go to Jail card would catapult him directly into the presidency

No passing Go, no $200

For Trump the real real estate tycoon, Jail ('Just Visiting', heheh :) = the White House

(Before some brain cell retorts that he doesn't NEED to go to jail to win the presidency...there it is. True.)
