Does he have the "Full Grassley"? Because Trump just about won the "Full Grassley" in Iowa! 98 of 99 counties, and the one he "lost" was by one "vote!"

I can't say about the 33 part, but definitely a Mason. A Shriner as I recall. This is his real infection.
