I personally think the cabal is trying to slip one in so that when Trump wins, and they know he will, they can assassinate Trump and have another cabal toady in place.

They placed old Bush as Reagan's VP for the same exact reason. These guys only have so many tricks, and they go back to the same ones repeatedly.
