Securing Democracy? If the legislation is adopted, then Illinois would become the 24th state to allow for all mail-in voting for elections. This does not come without ballot integrity problems.

This is what I read "Illinois state government is desperately afraid of Guantanamo Bay and are now gearing up for the most blatant cheating method they have ever tried. BUT it won't work because NCSWIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
