The DNC amended their bylaws, and I paraphrase, that the DNC has the soul authority to choose/pick their candidate. They wish to run for president. My guess is that once the convention comes, biden will no longer run for president, so the DNC will use Michelle Obama as their top choice With either Harris or someone else as VP
