Migrants waiting to score a shelter bed at an East Village intake center have been using the park as their bathroom, according to locals.

These same images were included in an article from Chicago yesterday. Which city is it? I have no doubt these conditions are occurring but this type of shitty journalism is very misleading and doesn’t help reveal the actual truth.
