No. A real journalist would take their oath seriously and when they are discovered to be fabricating the truth and going against their oath of Journalists it creates a market for the truth.

This is exactly why we have a constitution in the USA and why we have the 5 parts of the 1A.

When a market needs inventory any American citizens that has courage and the ability to be press and report back to the free market — they can without the government saying they cannot.

Many politicians of late are trying to write policies to subvert this but that will not hold either.

Even if the American dropped out of elementary school (which might be a good thing these days) they can be a news reporter. These citizen journalists are running circles around the MSM on every front in the USA and we still need more.
