Legitimate questions here from someone who really hasnt paid much attention to DWAC.
With acquisition in its name, what have they acquired so far? I legitimately have no idea what they've done since their IPO and I'm curious to hear what the USP is. My interpretation during the IPO was "We're gonna buy the fake news when they start dying under the weight of their own financial ineptitude." Am I wrong or is there more to it?
Wow, it ceases to amaze me how many financial tools there are in general. It's honestly a brilliant move, too, giving the power of media companies to the people by making the people the shareholders of the new company that merges with them. Thanks for the info.

Read up on SPACs for the fund type. They’ve been attempting to engage in mergers but I haven’t heard of any of them being approved yet.
