Why not! The Federal Government has ignored all of the rules thus far by allowing illegals in, not vetting, refusing to provide for citizens before illegals, lying to us constantly, refusing to disclose the real dangers of the Covid shots while pushing them on citizens, but not illegals. All branches (executive, judicial and legislative) involved ignore the laws.
