Use barb wire outside of the alligators to confine them. Soon the alligators will be so hungry they will attack and eat everything.

For alligators or people? I’m thinking that the alligators would be better contained by chain link than barbed wire. Chain link would also be harder to climb over than through barbed wire, razor wire is a different story altogether.
