What I heard this morning is that SCOTUS ruled that the razor wire needed to come down because it was hindering the Border Patrol agents from "doing their job" of securing the border. So, my understanding is that Texas CAN secure their border, but in the process, they can't impede the BP.
So, if BP is corrupt, how do you secure the border? Do you shadow them the entire time? Document their every move?
Can you arrest Federal agents for breaking State law?
The federal government doesn’t have authority due to the fact that they have failed to due THEIR DUTY and the state’s NG stepped in. The Border patrol must stand down.
I understand what you are saying, but under the current administration, they feel they are doing their duty (what they are told to do). It hasn't yet been proven in court that BP is working contrary to the Constitution. The way forward is proving IN COURT that the BP is assisting in the infiltration and invasion. That will be slow-rolled to let millions more in before the problem is solved.
When a BP agent realizes their directive and actions are contrary to the Constitution, they should refuse to participate or leave the agency. Any that don't are willfully taking part in the treason against and overthrow of our country and should be hung in accordance.
When is going against the law doing one’s duty? Not ever. They have been told.
I agree, I do. But like local police ... they don't necessarily swear an oath to support the US Constitution, they swear an oath to uphold the local (agency) laws, regardless. That's part of the problem, itself: certain authorities not being held to US Constitution standards. It's disgusting. They are more hired guns to tyrants than public servants meant "to protect and serve" the citizens.
