There are a couple of issues with the blood stain you refer to. First, there is no proof/provenance that it is his...there is only a "story" told to the press that he "committed suicide" on that couch. There is actually more evidence to the contrary, that the whole suicide thing was a ruse to cover his tracks.
In addition, there are issues with contamination, with perhaps multiple DNA sources on a piece of furniture, etc., etc. I think it's more likely that the fact that it hasn't been done (or it has and hasn't been released to the public), is that it offered an inconclusive, or contrary, result that brings doubt to the whole narrative. Those who control the narrative want the world to believe that he cowardly killed himself, which is actually completely out of character for the man.
