In California’s massive square mileage, there are infinitely more crosswalks per 10-20 blocks than every town or city has police. They don’t even enforce theft below $1000 now. Police aren’t going to bother with this law. 😂😂. Plus it’s legal to J-Walk in Cali now. People can make up their own crosswalks because pedestrian laws/rules are now racist.
