I said this very thing. Ultimately, the federal government and its skirting of its own rules because "fuck you" has finally caught up with itself. Now, you are seeing the states, tired of dealing with a federal government, saying "fuck you" back.

We are watching the federal government lose all power in real time. Its great to watch.
