I mean it's true. If the majority of illegal aliens would otherwise vote republican, the border crisis would end today. Although I like to believe that I am principled enough that I would still be against it even if that were the case.
I'm not against the concept of immigration, but if you immigrate to another country because it's better than your country you need to embrace and assimilate to the values of your target country and learn the language, you need to adapt to the country not the other way around. You need to realize why your country is worse and the target country is better, and do what you can to further maintain that, not destroy it.
If you go to another country to essentially become a parasite and mooch and steal from the natives you should be kicked out. A country cannot have unfettered migration, there is a limit to the amount of people that can be absorbed in a given time frame and countries have the right to determine what that number is (and zero is an acceptable number). The US does not have an obligation or duty to improve the lives of non-US citizens, so if accepting a given migrant is detrimental or a burden, we do not have to accept you. We should only accept immigrants that improve our country and improve the lives of everyone living here.
