FDA passed new rule eliminating informed consent on any drug deemed "minimally risky" - no more informed consent
Sorry but i think that was to try and distract from Texas not the other way around. At this point if you use their products you have only yourself to blame.
After covid shots, what difference does it make. You either trust their drugs or you donβt. Informed consent was BS after 1986 anyways.
It is not a distraction. It is the main event. The outcome will determine who holds power, the feds or the States and the People. Putting out this FDA shit is the distraction and when Article 4 Section 4 is affirmed with States sovereignty proclaimed supreme and Chevron is rescinded, the FDA can suck it. They are just another three letter that has overstepped their authority.
