Oh, glad to see others get that message too.....I got it the other day....not sure if it's nitter or twitter that's "rate limiting".....

Didn't Elon make some announcements & ruffle feathers about reducing "free API's" or something like taht?

Maybe this is related? Basically not letting everyone in the world pull content from twitter without actually visitng the site....??
