(not a lawyer and proud not to sell out to bankers) change of venue, utilize a citizen real grand jury, not a fake one generated by AI.
use the citizen grand jury to indict the jury members and find out if they violated jural conduct.
I watched a public defender allow tampered evidence to be entered without filing a motion to throw out, then she asked the defendant to plea bargain based on the tampered evidence.
misconduct by lawyers for the state happens, and when they represent you, its a problem.
