Second ER visit in 2 weeks, this time with my ill husband who had fallen and suffered bad cut to head. I was astounded by the incompetence in the ER. No doctors, just a nurse practitioner there this time.

Look around in every industry in the country no people no talent mostly incompetents. Do you think the medical industry is exempt??? Not a chance. I aam an aircraft engineer and my advice to you is DONT FLY… thank all the DEI hires
Customer service and business standards died after covid.
lol customer service died way before covid...when they invented the automated phone systems...i fukin hate those things
Plus social media and the "education" system destroyed interpersonal skills. Now we've got kids who don't know how to handle a customer service interaction on either side.
